My Story

I'm originally from New Jersey (don't believe everything you see on the Jersey Shore because it's not true) and have been in the digital space for over 25+ years. I discovered my calling and voice right around the time the internet did in the mid-90s. Since then, I have delivered award-winning, delightful and compelling experiences for brands of all sizes, across various industries.

Points On The Board

I’m open to a lot of different opportunities right now — but there are a few key qualities and characteristics that are important to me in my next leadership position.

1

Design As Strategy

Your company is an advocate of using design as strategy and understands the  business value of design. When brought to a strategic level, design becomes a powerful transformation agent that can redefine challenges facing an organization.

4

Culture

Culture is a feeling and you should be able to experience it whether on site or remote. It thrives from the inside out. Communication, collaboration, life/work balance and flying in "V" formation are key at my next company.

2

Seat At The Table

Design is at the C-level, or on the executive leadership team. World-class design teams start with leadership at the table from the beginning. Design can be used as a guiding philosophy to rethink products, structures, processes and business models.

5

Nice To Haves

Unlimited PTO

Public speaking opportunities

Paid health benefits

401K match

Home office setup budget

Professional development budget

3

Authenticity

Executive leadership needs to "work in public” and all levels of management need to be direct with employees about the overall health and financial stability of the company. Cut through the "marco-headwinds" jargon.

6

Compensation

I am looking for executive level opportunities that provide compensation commensurate with my experience, and the quality and level of my work.

Location, Location, Location

I am based in Atlanta, Georgia, and I am open to multiple work environments with mid-large size companies. I am not interested in relocation.

On Site / In Person

Hybrid

Remote

When Can I Start?

While I am having conversations with multiple companies, ideally, I’d like to start in early September, but I realize it might take longer than that.
